Taja Henson is an independent author known for her captivating Black love stories, drawing on her experiences as a Philadelphia lifestyle blogger for over seven years. Growing up in Maryland and Virginia as an only child and latchkey kid, she immersed herself in books and storytelling, which fueled her imagination and creativity. During Covid, she attended Cornell University’ Business program with much pride and is now taking her businesses in a new direction.

Now residing in Philadelphia with her two children and a cat named Dash, Taja balances her family life with her passion for writing. A fan of thrillers and sci-fi, she aspires to craft her own stories in those genres one day. Influenced by literary giants like Terry McMillan and Toni Morrison, Taja continually seeks out new authors to enrich her understanding of storytelling. With encouragement from her daughter to delve deeper into reading, she is eager to share the myriad stories she has cultivated over the years with the literary world.
