Quick Pickled Cucumbers.

I love pickles! But has the time to go through the pickling process when you’re craving them ASAP. I found a solution. A simple and quick pickled cucumber that is crunchy and flavorful for salads, snacking or with tomatoes (my favorite way to eat them).

Ingredients

Cucumbers (I used mini this time but I’ve also made them with a big one)

Apple Cider Vinegar

Garlic Salt

Red Pepper Flakes

Salt

(All amounts of seasoning are up to you)

Steps 

Chop cucumbers into desired thickness

Place in a big bowl you don’t mind missing for a couple weeks

Season to desired taste

Add apple cider vinegar to cover cucumbers

See! Simple and easy, my lasted batch has been marinated for about a month and are still fresh and crunchy.
